You can also enjoy shopping in the two shopping centers located in the mountain: The Peak Tower and The Peak Galleria, where you’ll find almost everything, from fashion clothes to souvenirs of the main tourist attractions.
Tsim Sha Tsui
Is a urban area and a major tourist hub in metropolitan Hong Kong located near Hung Hom Bay. You’ll find the main hotels and the most luxury restaurants, shops and museums. There are many interesting places such as The Avenue of Stars, Star Ferry terminal, Kowloon Park and the Hong Kong Museum of Art.
Hong Kong Park
Is the largest green space in the middle of Hong Kong. The park is surrounded by impressive skyscrapers which contrasts with the great vegetation of this place. The park is divided into many different areas of interest like the aviary with a rich variety of tropical birds, the artificial pond with a great diversity of fish (carps) and the Greenhouse with an exhibition of plants with worldwide ecosystem.
Tian Tan Buddha (or Giant Buddha)
Is a large bronze statue in Lantau Island, located at the top of the way; pilgrims and tourists can ascend to have a walk around, and take some photos.
Po Lin Monastery
Is an old Buddhist monastery, and one of the most important monasteries in Hong Kong. It’s very near from the Tian Tan Buddha statue in Lantau Island. Walking around the tourists have the opportunity to know about the monks customs and the faithful, who send offerings in this place.
It is famous for its hundreds wooden boats where the fishermen carry out their daily activity, becoming a real floating village with floating restaurants such as the famous Jumbo Kingdom.
