Hotel restoration

Should you happen to be around London these days, there is a place worth a visit: St.Pancrass Reinassance Hotel, which is being acclaimed nowadays as the city’s most romantic building. On 14th March this year, after a long restoration process, guests first entered the hotel- previously called Midland Grand Hotel- a Victorian palace attached to St.Pancrass station.
This 5-star hotel is just as extraordinary as its history. It starts back in 1860, when the Midland Railway, instead of sharing the existing tracks with other companies, built a line of its own in London. The station building was designed by Sir George Gilbert Scott, one of the most prolific architects of Great Britain and a prominent ecclesiastical architect in the Victorian years.
