It seems that an increasing number of people are discovering the pleasure of naturist or nudist tourism. But, what is exactly naturism or nudism? On the one hand, naturism is defined as a “lifestyle in which nudity, especially in a communal context, is viewed as natural, positive and healthy”. Nudism, on the other hand, is understood as “the belief in or practice of going nude, especially in secluded, sexually mixed groups for reasons of health”. In the past, there was a bigger difference between these two terms; nowadays, however, either word is usually acceptable to describe someone who likes to be naked.
